Hama, SANA- 17 persons were died and 23 others injured in Hama City and al-Ghab area due to the earthquake hit the country Monday morning, according to director of the General Authority of Hama National Hospital, Dr. Salim Khallouf.

In a statement to SANA, Dr. Khallouf told SANA in a statement that the hospital continues receiving the emergency cases and the injured by the earthquake for treatment.
